§ 1 Scope, provider

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop "Wear Your Favorite Scripture" (wearyourfavoritescripture.com). Your contractual partner is:

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout, you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. Before sending, you can check and correct all details. We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail; the purchase contract is concluded with this order confirmation. We store the contract text, and you receive the order details by e-mail. The contract languages are English and German.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs as shown in the checkout are added (Germany €4.99, EU €5.99, rest of the world €7.99; free shipping everywhere from €55).

§ 4 Payment

The available payment methods are shown in the checkout. The purchase price is due when the contract is concluded.

§ 5 Production and delivery

Every product – tees, hoodies, mugs and art prints – is printed especially for you after your order (print on demand) and shipped by our production partner Printful, usually from a production facility in the EU. Production usually takes 2–5 business days; delivery times depend on the destination country (see Shipping). If you order several items, delivery may take place in partial shipments at no extra cost to you.

§ 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find the details in our withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory rights for defects apply. Please report misprints, damage or wrongly delivered items with a photo by e-mail – we'll quickly take care of a replacement or refund.

§ 9 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
